LARA
The Lara variety sweet and delicate taste, and does not leave any bitter aftertaste. It's the first variety we started growing and it represents the first walnut grove in Italy. The Lara variety is known for its round shape and hard shell. When broken the kernel opens in fourths.
CHANDLER
The Chandler variety offers a more traditional taste. Its shell is oval shaped and thin, allowing to easily open it by hand. When broken the very light-colored kernel opens in halves.
TULARE
La varietà Tulare è destinata ai palati più esigenti, ha un sapore forte e deciso. Il guscio ha una forma a cuore e facilmente apribile a mano.
