Growing walnuts requires specific competences that people at the Valier farm gained through the years. We stay updated on innovation and new trends by never loosing contact with other farmers around the world.
Before being sold walnuts must be washed and dried. To wash them we use only water without additives or whitening chemicals. Our walnuts are a natural product. The drying process is slow and calibrated with the exterior temperature and humidity. Walnuts are then calibrated and manually selected for quality control. We sell in shell walnuts sold in bulk or already packed and also shelled walnuts. In order to maintain our high quality standards we have an in-house shelling processing system. This also allows us to satisfy our clients's requests in a very flexible and fast way. Our processing method allows us to be flexible and on time.
